On this page it will be published posts about lifestyle and health. Being healthy is useful for being in harmony with the universe around us and above all on the way we perceive it. I always try to dedicate time to physical activity and the cultivation of my interests. Creating this blog was a mental challenge as I had to learn how to design web pages and integrate content into them. This was definitely fun. I also practice Intermittent Fasting. I have (still for a short time) a page on Facebook that deals with Calisthenic training (free body) and intermittent fasting. For the reasons mentioned extensively on this site, in a few months I will finish posting on that platform.
